This battery gets about 4.5 hrs when my laptop (U305) is used heavily (videos, compiling, CAD/CAM, etc.) and about 6.5 hrs when used lightly (web browsing, writing, etc.) I do not buy non OEM batteries any more after getting some very poor quality batteries - it is worth the extra price for the right battery made of high quality parts (especially the battery cells), tested to OEM specifications and backed by the mfg warranty.
