(More customer reviews)When I make an Amazon purchase, I expect to receive what I paid for. I purchased this Toshiba TS-L632H from Power-Optical. What I received was a substitute device from a less quality-minded manufacturer and not even the same model. I was offered an exchange (the Toshiba produce in "used" condition for the same price) or a refund. The point is, Power-Optical should deliver what they advertise at the price they advertise or stop their Amazon ads. NO SUBSTITUTING ALLOWED without prior approval from the customer.
