The customer service was exceptional from this vendor. I emailed them about not receiving it ten days after it was supposed to arrive. They checked the shipper, who couldn't provide them proof of delivery, then called me for a little information and to let me know they were working on it. A day later they sent a replacement by USPS Priority Mail which I received three days later. Can't beat that for service, except by not using USPS to begin with.
