(More customer reviews)I am totally satisfied with the excellent selection of products and the corresponding ease with which one can purchase ...anything it seems, via Amazon and there outstanding partners. i recently purchased a Toshiba 40G HD for an old laptop that is still in use and serves well. I found the drive with 2 clicks of Amazon. The new drive was located at SANTECH in Van Nuys California. In 2 clicks, my order was completed. Before the day was out I had confirmation of the order and shipping! Simply amazing service. The drive arrived and was very nicely packed for shipping. I quickly inspected it and installed it. the drive came online quickly and softwarwe was loaded. Clearly it is not the fastest drive out there but compared to the old drive (which was identical), the new Toshiba is fast and quiet.
Of special note is the service received from SANTEC. Their follow-thru on the order and verifying its arrival and operation is simply outstanding. I am thoroughly pleased with SANTECHs excellence and outstanding customer service. The product, the Toshiba 40G HD is perfect! Thanks to Amazon for making it so easy for customers to find what the need/want and complete an order quickly and easily. Thanks to the partner businesses of Amazon for thier continued excellence, service and great products.
SANTECH is one of the truly outsanding partners of Amazon that I hope to do business with again in the not too distant future.
