(More customer reviews)I'm not a pro so this review won't be filled with techno-stuff and fancy words BUT this is the worst. Ever. Period. I'm not a review-writer either as a rule but I almost feel a responsibility to scream "Don't buy this". Got mine at Best Buy so it's a total hassle to return and on top of everything else Best Buy loaded it up with junk and advertising software. To start with it just has a cheap feel to it. I'm afraid it's going to shatter at any moment. It's like a kids toy. It is oh so slooooooooooow. The touch pad, no matter how you set it, has a mind of it's own. Sometimes it works but not usually. It is textured with something and drags - hard to get used to. Tap to click? Maybe 2 out of 5 times does that work. It is full of junk from Toshiba that is all but impossible to get off which bogs it down even more - had to download Revo Uninstaller to get some of the garbage off there before I could even stream videos or multi-task at all. I don't know if it's windows 7 or the laptop but it doesn't "do things" it should. You can't highlight a sentence and delete it or overtype. You have to backspace the whole sentence. Maybe there's a setting for that but it's nowhere to be found and no info on line about it. I've had several cheap laptops but this is cheap cheap. I bought mine on sale for $299. I'd give twice that in a heartbeat for a good old Acer workdog. Do yourself a favor - pass.
