(More customer reviews)My Vaio crashed due to some unknown reason and I contacted Sony but it was no used because they were saying that it could be other parts, EXPENSIVE. I took a gamble and bought this HDD to replace the original and amazingly it booted up normally, the problem was gone!! I installed the OS and now everything is working magnificently. Saved me a lot of money buying it from Amazon than the Sony store for the exact same part. Very easy to install and is a great HDD.
