(More customer reviews)The AC Adapter seems to work fine. The connection plug is not an exact fit so it is a bit loose but not too bad. I bought the product specifically because it said it was "by Toshiba" but it is not. It is just a universal AC Adapter so that was disappointing as it was advertised as being "by Toshiba".
