(More customer reviews)I bought one of these about 7 weeks ago and was very happy that it arrived before the estimated arrival date. However, it broke last week. A wire that is supposed to remain in the half of the cord that plugs into the ac adapter somehow broke off from its original placement in the cord and ended up in the ac adapter hole. i know this sounds confusing, but the bottom line is that this ac adapter broke in 6 weeks time. I emailed technox's customer service email three times in the past week, and even though they say that they will answer emails within 4-8 hours, I have yet to hear back about a refund or replacement.
