(More customer reviews)I bought this to repalce my original power cord after a sharp jerk left it frayed. The new cord works just great but is dramatically shorter than the factory original. I was able to mitigate the problem a bit by using the older longer cord from the converter box to the plug, but the cord from the computer to the converter box is still a lot shorter than the original. This is definitely not the cord for you if you have inconveniently places outlets.
