(More customer reviews)My wife had Toshiba laptops in the past and always enjoyed them (prior to switching to a Macbook). I have had several laptops and this is the most frustrating one to date. The keyboard is not only very sensitive (I have adjusted the sensitivity) but is also laid out in such a way that is is very easy to touch the mouse pad inadvertently. I have lost documents and always have the cursor drift and change the zoom or insert another command. It is sturdy or else I would rate it even lower. I was going to return it almost immediately, but felt I was being too impatient. I am sorry that I did not return it. I use it much less than my former HP laptop because it is so frustrating. Also, the separate numeric keypad takes up space but is essentially useless to me, since it does not work in Office documents thus far. Not worth buying, in my opinion.
